公用餐(饮)具消毒效果检测分析

【摘要】 目的 检测本市公用餐 (饮 )具消毒效果。方法 对不同单位、品种、消毒方法、存放时间的公用餐 (饮 )具 4 2 10件采用纸片法检测大肠菌群。结果  4 2 10件餐 (饮 )具合格 2 6 15件 (6 2 .11% )。不同品种餐 (饮 )具间无明显差异 ,不同单位、消毒方法、不同的存放时间及方法间均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 建议采用蒸汽及化学消毒方法当日消毒 ,同时加强卫生监督管理和检测力度 ,提高餐 (饮 )具消毒合格率

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the sterilizing effects of public dishware in the city. Methods: We have examined coliforms on 4210 pieces of public dishware by scrip method for different eating establishments, variety, sterilizing methods and storing time. Results: 2615 of 4210 pieces of dishware pass, there is nonsignificance in different variety .there is significance in different eating establishments, sterilizing methods and storing time. Conclusions: It is advised to use sterilizing methods of seethe, steam and chemistry in the day , and reinforce health supervision ,management and examination, increasing the sterilization eligible rate of dishware.
