子宫肌瘤患者Ki-67、孕激素受体及细胞凋亡相关性研究

【摘要】 目的 通过检测细胞周期、孕激素受体 (PR)、细胞核增殖相关抗原 (Ki 6 7)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达 ,探讨三者间的相关性及与子宫肌瘤发生的关系。方法 应用流式细胞术、免疫组化检测 4 6例子宫肌瘤及其邻近肌层组织中细胞凋亡率、Ki 6 7、和PR的表达。结果 细胞凋亡率在子宫肌瘤细胞与其邻近肌层细胞间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,PR、Ki 6 7在子宫肌瘤细胞中的表达明显高于其邻近肌层 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;PR的阳性率与Ki 6 7的阳性率呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )、与细胞凋亡率呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ki 6 7与细胞凋亡表达呈负相关 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 子宫肌瘤是卵巢性激素依赖性肿瘤 ,孕激素能促进子宫肌瘤生长 ,子宫肌瘤与核增殖、细胞凋亡有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between uterine leiomyoma and apoptosis, Ki-67 and progesterone by determining the expressions of cell cycle, progesterone receptor and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67). Methods: The expressions of the rate of apoptosis, Ki-67and PR in the cells of uterine leiomyoma and the adjoining muscular layers in 46 cases was determined by the use of flow cytometry and immunohistochemical test. Results: There was no statistic significance in the rate of cell apoptosis; PR and Ki-67 were higher in the expressions of uterine leiomyoma than its adjoining muscular layers (P<0.01, P<0.05); There was positive relationship between PR and Ki-67 (P<0.05) and negative relationship between PR and the rate of cell apoptosis (P<0.05). There was negative relationship between Ki-67 and expression cell apoptosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Uterine leiomyoma is dependent on ovarian sex hormone. Progestational can enhance the growth of uterine leiomyoma that is related with cell nuclear antigen proliferating and cell apoptosis.
