【摘要】 目的　探讨前列腺增生 (BPH)在行增生部分摘除术后发生膀胱颈口梗阻 (BNO)的预防方法。方法　随机把BPH患者分为 2组 ,A组 6 2例行三角区沟槽状切除 ,B组 5 8例行常规手术。结果　手术时间A组显著多于B组 (P <0 0 1) ,术中失血量A组多于B组 (P <0 0 1) ,术后膀胱冲洗液转清时间A组显著少于B组 (P <0 0 1) ,术后最大尿流率A组显著大于B组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A组最大尿流量与正常人无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,A组无BNO发生 ,B组发生BNO 6例 ,术后膀胱痉挛收缩痛A组没有出现 ,B组发生 11例。结论　三角区沟槽状切除能较好预防BPH术后BNO及膀胱痉挛收缩痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluat the methods to prevent bladder neck obstruction (BNO) after prostatectomy of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 62 cases of BPH being slot resection the vesical trigone (A group) were compared with 58 cases of BPH being wedge resection the posterior vesical neck (B group). Results: A(group) and B (group) revealed significantly differences statistically in the operative time, the bleeding volume during operation ,the bladder washing time and post-operation MFR (P<0.01 or P<0.05 ). 6 patients of BNO have happened in B gloup and no one in A gloup. The post-operation MFR is no significantly difference between A gloup and normal beings(P>0.05). 11 patients of bladder spasm have happened in B gloup and no one in A gloup. Conelusions:The slot resecting vesical trigon is an effective method to prevent BNO and bladder spasm after prostatctomy.更多还原
