【摘要】 目的　探讨过期妊娠对母体及围生儿的影响及适时终止妊娠的意义。方法　对 12 8例过期妊娠和同期分娩的 116例足月妊娠的妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果　过期妊娠的手术产率、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡、羊水过少的发生率均高于足月妊娠分娩者。结论　过期妊娠对母儿危害较大 ,应加强监护并适时终止妊娠 ,以减少围生儿并发症和死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of postterm pregnancy on the prognosis of the mother and perinatal. Methods:Retrospective analysis was made in 128 cases of postterm pregnancy and 116 cases of term pregnancy. Results: The incidence rates of OC, fetal distress,perinatal death,and oligohydramnios in women with postterm pregnancy were higher than those in women with term pregnancy. Conclusion: The pregnancy outcome in women with postterm pregnancy is worse.更多还原
