【摘要】 目的　探讨PCNA和 p5 3蛋白表达在子宫内膜癌发生与发展中的作用。方法　采用免疫组化技术检测PCNA和p5 3蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。结果　PCNA和 p5 3蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌组织学分级和手术分期相关 ,随肿瘤组织学分级和分期的升高 ,PCNA指数和 p5 3蛋白表达阳性率均增加 ;p5 3蛋白表达阳性者PCNA指数高于阴性者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　PCNA和 p5 3基因可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生与发展 ,PCNA指数和 p5 3蛋白可作为预测子宫内膜癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of PCNA and p53 gene on the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PCNA and p53 protein in 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results:The expression of PCNA and p53 protein was associated with the histological grading and surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma. With the increase of tumour grade and staging, the PCNA index and positive-expression rate of p53 protein increased. PCNA index in patients with p53 protein positive-expression was higher than that in those with p53 protein negetive-expression.Conclusion: p53 gene and PCNA may be involved in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. PCNA index and p53 protein expression can be useful prognosticators of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
