微波辐射相转移催化合成苯甲酸苄酯
Synthesis of Benzyl Benzoate under Microwave Irradiation and Phase Transfer Catalysis
【摘要】 在实验室条件下,采用微波辐射技术和相转移催化剂,以水为溶剂合成了苯甲酸苄酯。其最佳反应条件是:苯甲酸0.10mol,氯化苄0.20mol,相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMAB)5mmol,微波功率800w,微波辐射时间10min,产率达到86.4%。
【Abstract】 The benzyl benzoate was synthesized by benzyl chloride and sodium benzoate under microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis. The influences of different catalysts and reaction conditions were discussed. Under the optimum reaction condition (sodium benzoate 0.10mol, benzyl chloride 0.20mol, HDTMAB 5mmol, microwave irradiation power 800W and microwave irradiation time 10min), the yield of benzyl benzoate was 86.4%.
