【Abstract】 RNA interference (RNAi, China) is a natural mechanism in organisms in resistance to virus invasion and inhibition of transposon mobility by double-stranded RNA(dsDNA, China). It is a kind of post- transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS, China). RNAi exists in a wide variety of organisms. RNAi molecular mechanism includes periods of initiation, amplification, and effect .
