公共图书馆读者阅览准入制度批判

【摘要】 本文对公共图书馆读者阅览准入制度作了初步调查 ,分析了这一制度的形成原因与危害 ,认为读者阅览准入并非必要措施 ,并认为公共图书馆即使短时间内难以做到免费办证 ,也应当做到免证准入或至少凭有效证件而不是凭借阅证准入更多还原

【Abstract】 The author gives a primary investigation on the system of reading permission in public libraries, and analyses the forming reasons and damages of the system. The author thinks that the reading permission system is not necessary for public libraries. The conclusion of the article is that public libraries should live up to no card entrance or entrance with valid certificate at least instead of entrance with reader’s card, even if public libraries could not reach to deal with the free application for reader’s card during a short time.更多还原
