【Abstract】 Libraries have functions of social education and information orientation. The author puts forward that libraries should increase the propaganda of the functions of libraries, that librarians should improve their professional morals and quality, probe into the cooperative methods of sharing resources, to construct scientific and realistic book-collecting system.更多还原
