【摘要】 目前 ,国内对于电子期刊规范化和标准化缺少专门、系统的研究和应用 ,虽然现有的适用于印刷型期刊的规范和标准的主要内容基本上也适用于电子期刊 ,然而 ,后者无论是在内容上 ,还是在技术实现上都有着自身特殊的要求。因此 ,本文主要从电子期刊的特性要求出发 ,探讨其规范化与标准化问题 ,并对电子期刊规范化与标准化的作用、意义、内容及制定原则进行了研究 ,同时重点介绍了ONIX、COUNTER等国际标准以及相关的国际与国内标准 ,并提出了相应的措施更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there are few studies on standardization of scholarly electronic journal and few applications of corresponding international standards,although the existing standards applicable to paper journal mostly apply to electronic journal,the latter has its special requirement whether in content or in technology,in light of this,we discuss the topic provided in the paper on the basis of the analysis of characteristic of scholarly e journal,including the function,content,principle of standardization of it, and introduce some standards such as ONIX,COUNTER and other relevant standards.更多还原
