图书馆服务质量差距分析与对策研究
An Analysis of the Differences in Library Service Quality and the Measures to Improve It
【摘要】 在界定服务质量含义的基础上,论述和分析图书馆服务质量差距的表现形式、特点、形成因素及差距模型,并就如何缩小差距,提高服务质量提出对策。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the performances, teatures, forming factors and models of the differences in library service quality, the paper presents some steps to reduce the differences and improve the quality.
