分布式数字参考咨询系统服务评价指标体系研究
The Index System for Accessing Service Quality of Distributed Digital Reference Systems
【摘要】 针对国家科学数字图书馆项目“分布式数字参考咨询系统”开展系统的服务质量评价指标体系研究,在国内首次提出全面的数字参考咨询服务质量评价的指标体系。
【Abstract】 In order to research the evaluation of service quality for the project "Distributed Digital Reference Systems" funded by the National Science Digital Libraries (CSDL), this study establishes systematic assessment indexes to evaluate the quality of digital reference services by means of various assessment techniques, measures of service, and quality standards.
