【Abstract】 The key of the library development lies in the construction and sharing of document information resources. Without legislation’s ensuring, it is very difficult for the library to successfully fulfill the construction and sharing of document information resources. Therefore the national law for the library, local or professional rules for the library should be made as soon as possible, in order to realize sustained development of the construction and sharing of document information resources.更多还原
