铝用炭电极原材料中铁、钙、镍的测定

【摘要】 工业上生产预焙阳极的原材料主要是石油焦和沥青,研究表明,原料中的微量元素不仅会直接影响未来阳极的质量,而且在整个阳极的生产过程中不会轻易改变,将全部带入阳极炭块中,进而影响到电解槽中阳极的行为和铝液的质量。本文测定了抚顺铝厂所用的4种炭电极原材料中铁、钙和镍的含量,结果表明,仅从铁、钙、镍三种微量元素含量的角度来选择原材料,辽阳3号延迟焦和改质沥青在提高产出铝的质量,降低阳极消耗方面来说是较好的选择。

【Abstract】 The coke and pitch are primary raw materials to produce pre-baking anode in industry. It has been well established that metals present in trace amount in raw materials have great influence not only on the anode quality but also on the performance of anodes in the electrolytic cell and on the quality of aluminum liquids. The contents of Fe, Ca and Ni in four raw materials from the aluminum factory of Fushun were analyzed and determined. It has been found that the delayed coke from Liaoyang No.3 coke furnace and the modified pitch are suitable starting materials for production of the anode with good quality in terms of the Fe, Ca and Ni content.
