立式浮动催化裂解法连续制备碳纳米管
CONTINUOUS PREPARATION OF CARBON NAN-OTUBE IN VERTICAL REACTOR BY FLOATINGCATALYST METHOD
【摘要】 改进了原有立式浮动催化裂解法制备碳纳米管的装置与工艺,省略了繁琐的催化剂制备工艺,催化剂前驱体在气体带动下直接进入反应器,实现了连续化制备碳纳米管,产量约为4 g/h,纯度达80%。
【Abstract】 Carbon nanotubes with good quality were prepared continuously in a vertical reactor by floating catalyst method, in which the catalyst precursor was directly carried into the reactor by a gas flow, thus avoiding the tedious step of catalyst preparation. With the modified process, 4 g/h of carbon nanotubes with a purity of 80% can be obtained.
