【Abstract】 In this paper,authors propose the management idea for the scientific research of the libraries, which is based on the relation between the library work and the scientific research of the library science,that is, to improve the scientific research through work and promote the work by scientific research.Besides,they give some good advice:such as, building the inspiring mechanism and the management system for the scientific research,focusing on the important role of woman librarian on the scientific research.更多还原
