【摘要】 文章从营利和非营利的角度 ,对网络信息服务的种类 ,网络信息服务提供者的区分作了一定的分析探讨 ,试图辨析相关判断的依据 ,并提出若干政策建议
【Abstract】 From the angle of making money or not-for-profit,this paper discusses the difference in network information service and network information service providers,tries to differentiates and analyzes the basis of the related judgment,and brings up some policy suggestion.
