【摘要】 分析了网络咨询服务产生的原因以及传统参考咨询服务与网络参考咨询的区别 ;探讨了网络参考咨询服务的内容 ;阐述了深化网络参考咨询服务的条件

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the causes of online reference service and the differences between online reference service and traditional reference service, probes into the contents of online reference service, and puts forward the conditions to deepen online reference service.
