【摘要】 本文以CNKI中国学术期刊网检索系统为对象,对1998-2003年以来有关网络、数字(虚拟)参考咨询工作研究论文为主题内容进行了数据统计,并从开展网络参考咨询服务的必要性、传统参考咨询与网络环境参考咨询工作比较、网络咨询服务的内容与服务方式、咨询馆员的角色与素质要求以及国外研究等方面做了客观的分析研究。更多还原
