【Abstract】 This article, based on the comparison between scientific administration and humanisticadministration, points out that we should insist on the unification of scientific and humanistic administration,and scientific and humanistic spirit in library work. It also discusses the defects in current library administrationand the principles we should follow for the reforming work.
