控制中厚板连铸坯裂纹的实践
Practice of Control on Crack of Concasting Slab for Medium and Heavy Plate
【摘要】 武钢二炼钢通过恒温恒速浇注 ,控制钢水Als含量 (Q2 35钢 [Als]≤ 0 0 0 5 % ,Q345钢Als≤0 0 30 % ) ,避免转炉钢水 [C]在包晶反应 0 12 %~ 0 14 %范围内 ,结晶器冷却水温度≤ 4 0℃ ,提高结晶器振动频率 ,减少负滑脱时间 ,使用稀土包芯线等工艺措施 ,使中厚板裂纹发生率控制在 2 %以下
【Abstract】 The occurred rate of medium and heavy plate cracking has been controlled and decreased to less than 2% by concasting with constant temperature and casting speed, controlling Als content in steel - [Als]≤0.005% for steel Q235, [Als]≤0.030% for steel Q345, avoiding converter steel [C] in peritectic reaction range 0.12%~0.14%, mould cooling water temperature ≤40 ℃, increasing mould vibrational frequency, increasing negative strip rate and feeding cladding rare earth wire.
