304HC不锈钢深冷变形自攻螺钉的试制
Pilot Production of Deep Cold-Working Self-tapping Screw of 304HC Stainless Steel
【摘要】 研制的 30 4HC亚稳奥氏体不锈钢的成分 (% )为 :0 0 15~ 0 0 2 3C ,9 11Ni,17 37~ 17 6 0Cr,2 5 8~2 5 9Cu ,0 2 8Mo ,0 0 2 0~ 0 0 2 7N。该钢经 - 198℃深冷温度保持 1~ 5min ,搓丝诱发α′ 马氏体相变制成自攻螺钉。该螺钉抗张强度 80 0MPa ,螺纹齿表面硬度HV0 3486~ 4 91,头部硬度HV0 3349~ 36 1,破坏扭矩 4 85~ 4 93N·m ,且其制造工艺比 4 10马氏体钢简单 ,耐腐蚀性能较 4 10钢高
【Abstract】 The main chemical compositions of developed 304HC metastable austenite stainless steel were 0.015~0.023C, 9.11Ni, 17.37~17.60Cr, 2.58~2.59Cu, 0.28Mo, 0.020~0.027N. The self-tapping screw was manufactured by wire cold working of the steel at -198 ℃ for 1~5 min to induce α′- martensite phase transformation. Tensile strength of the screw was up to 800 MPa, surface hardness of thread tooth HV 0.3 486~491, hardness of head HV 0.3 349~361 and failure torque 4.85~4.93 N.m. The manufacture process of 304HC self-tapping screw is simple than that of 410 martensite steel and the corrosion resistance is high than that of 410 steel.
