非调质钢抽油杆疲劳断裂的分析
An Analysis on Fatigue Fracture of Oil-Suck-Rod of Non- Quenching and Tempering Steel
【摘要】 V Ti微合金化非调质钢 (% ) :0 .10~ 0 .2 0C ,0 .6~ 1.0Si,1.4~ 2 .0Mn ,0 .6~ 1.0Cr ,0 .0 6~ 0 .12V ,0 .0 4~ 0 .10Ti,经热轧后的Φ19mm成品材在最大应力 5 4 0MPa ,应力比 0 .1时的疲劳寿命 >10 7,但经 110 0~12 0 0℃ 1.5~ 2min感应加热锻后空冷的该钢抽油杆锻件平均疲劳寿命仅为 11.7× 10 4 。检测和分析表明 ,热轧材的晶粒平均面积为 785 μm2 ,抽油杆锻件疲劳断裂部位的晶粒平均面积为 315 5 μm2 。抽油杆锻件表面有过热和严重晶界氧化现象 ,疲劳断裂的裂纹起源于表面并延沿晶界扩展 ,致使疲劳寿命急剧降低
【Abstract】 The fatigue life with stress 540 MPa and stress ratio 0.1 of V-Ti micro alloying non-quenching and tempering steel 0.10~0.20C, 0.6~1.0Si, 1.4~2.0Mn, 0.6~1.0Cr, 0.06~0.12V, and 0.04~0.10Ti Φ19 mm products hot rolled was more than 10 7, while the average fatigue life with same stress and stress ratio of oil-suck-rod forgings of the steel induction-heated at 1 100~ 1 200 ℃ for 1.5~2.0 min, forged and air cooled only was 11.7×10 4. It is obtained by test and analysis that the average area of grains in hot rolled products of steel is 785 μm 2, while the average area of grains in fatigue fracture position of oil-suck-rod forgings is 3 155 μm 2. And the phenomena of overheating and serious grain boundary oxidizing at surface of oil-suck-rod forgings and the cracks of fatigue fracture originate at surface and propagate along grain boundary obviously to decrease the fatigue life.
