莱钢150mm×150mm连铸坯生产20CrMnTiH齿轮钢的工艺实践
Process Practice of Gear Steel 20CrMnTiH Production by 150 mm×150 mm Concasting Billet at Laiwu Steel
【摘要】 莱钢特殊钢厂采用 2 0t电弧炉 LF(喂丝 ) 3流 15 0mm× 15 0mm方坯连铸 热轧工艺生产Φ4 0mm2 0CrMnTiH齿轮钢材。冶炼成分控制为 (% ) :0 19~ 0 2 1C ,0 17~ 0 30Si,0 92~ 1 0 2Mn ,1 10~ 1 2 3Cr ,0 0 5~ 0 0 7Ti,0 0 15~ 0 0 35Al ,连铸钢水过热度 2 0~ 30℃ ,连铸速度 1.4~ 1.6m min ,二冷比水量 0 .5~ 0 .6L kg。根据 111炉检验结果统计分析可得 ,Φ4 0mm钢材疏松≤ 1.5级 ,偏析 0 .5级 ,J9(HRC) 30~ 4 0 ,J1 5(HRC) 2 2~ 35 ,满足标准要求
【Abstract】 The Φ40 mm gear steel 20CrMnTiH product has been produced by 20 t arc furnace - LF (wire feeding) - 3 strand 150 mm×150 mm billet concasting - hot rolling process at Special Steel Works, Laiwu Steel. The chemical composition control range at steelmaking was 0.19~0.21C, 0.17~0.30Si, 0.92~1.02Mn, 1.10~1.23Cr, 0.05~0.07Ti, 0.015~0.035Al, overheating degree of molten steel at concasting 20~30 ℃, concasting rate 1.4~1.6 m/min and secondary cooling water ratio 0.5~0.6 L/kg. It was obtained by statistic analysis on examination results of Φ40 mm rolled products of 111 heats that the porosity rating of product was no more than 1.5, segregation rating 0.5, hardenability J9(HRC) 30~40 and J15(HRC) 22~35 to meet the standard requirement.
