去除水平连铸不锈钢中间包钢水夹杂物的水模型试验
Water Modelling of Removing Inclusion from Metal in Tundish for Horizontal Continuous Casting of Stainless Steel
【摘要】 通过对 16 0mm× 2 2 0mm矩形坯水平连铸中间包水模型试验 ,研究了中间包液面控制、长水口插入深度、铸坯拉速和中间包结构对钢水流场变化的影响。结果表明 ,保持中间包液面稳定 ,水口插入深度 4 0 0~ 6 0 0mm ,拉速~ 1.0m/min有利于优化钢水流场 ,促进夹杂物上浮 ;矩形中间包结构优于圆形中间包结构。
【Abstract】 The effect of liquid level control in tundish, immersed depth of long nozzle, casting speed and structure of tundish on liquid steel flowing pattern has been investigated by water modelling test of tundish for 160 mm×220 mm billet horizontal continuous casting. It is obtained that maintaining liquid level stabilizing, nozzle immersing depth 400~600 mm and controlling casting speed ~1.0 m/min are favourable to optimize liquid steel pattern and promote inclusion floating off, and the rectangular tundish structure is better than circular tundish structure.
