农用地分等指标区与参评因素定量确定

【摘要】 指标区及参评因素的科学确定是农用地分等结果准确的前提和基础。本文在分析农用地分等指标区和参评因素确定的目的、原则和要求的基础上 ,以江苏省宜兴市为例 ,尝试采用聚类分析和主成分分析方法来定量划分农用地分等指标区 ,并确定各指标区分等的主导参评因素。结果表明 ,定量方法能够客观科学地进行分等指标区的划分及各区分等主导参评因素的确定 ,并促使分等结果更为准确

【Abstract】 Scientific determination of index areas and participating factors is the premise and foundation for accurate farmland gradation. On the basis of the analysis of the purposes, principles and requirements of the determination of index areas and participating factors for farmland gradation, Yixing County of Jiangsu Province was cited as a case study. Division of index areas for farmland gradation and determination of the principal gradation participating factors for every index area were attempted by the cluster analysis method and the principal component analysis method. The results indicated that with the quantitative analysis method, gradation index areas could be divided and their gradation principal participating factors determined objectively and scientifically, which made the final gradation more accurate.
