【摘要】 《体育与健康课程标准》的颁布明确了"健康第一"的教育指导思想,提出了身心健康的要求。为促进学生身体健康全面发展,《体育与健康课程标准》从五个方面提出了要求,而要对这五个方面进行全面实施,受到多方面客观条件的制约。沿河作为一个圆衮级贫困县,在经费、器材、师资的不利条件下,如何响应"健康第一"的课程要求,积极开拓创新,贯彻实施《体育与健康课程标准》?本文在调查分析的基础上,提出了贫困地区学校体育教育发展的思路与看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The promulgation of Standards of Sports and Health Course has made clear the educational guiding idea "health first", and has put forward the requirements of physical and mental health. In order to promote the overall development of students’ physicques, requirements has been come up with from five aspects in the above mentioned standards, however, the full implementation of the requirements from the above five aspects is restricted by many objective condition. As a national-level poverty county and under the unfavorable condition of funds, apparatus and teaching staff, how does Yanhe County respond to the course requirements of "health first" in an active and innovative posture and carry out the standards?
