CN-32型轻油预转化改质催化剂研制

【摘要】 根据轻油预转化后改质工艺的特点设计了改质催化剂研制方案,研制出用于转化管上部的碱化催化剂CN 32 1和炉管下部的铝酸钙型催化剂CN 32 2。通过抗析炭试验,抗蒸汽氧化试验,高空速下的活性试验,证实所研制的催化剂性能完全达到进口催化剂水平。

【Abstract】 According to the characters of reforming process after light oil prereforming, two new reforming catalysts of CN-32-1 and CN-32-2 were developed. CN-32-1 is an alkali catalyst for up zone of reformer and CN-32-2 is a calcium aluminate supported catalyst for down zone of reformer. Carbon deposition experiment, steam oxidation experiment and activity experiment under high space velocity have proved that the performances of both catalysts can catch up with overseas similar catalysts.
