微波灰化-火焰原子吸收光谱测活性炭中铁含量

【摘要】 将微波技术应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法中 ,建立了活性炭中无机元素测定的快速分析方法。将样品用微波灰化炉处理后 ,制成试液 ,喷入空气 -乙炔火焰 ,用工作曲线法测定 ,成功地测定了活性炭中铁含量 ,与分光光度法 [1] 结果一致 ,方法快速 ,简便 ,准确
【Abstract】 An approach to measure the content of inorganic elements is established through applying microwave technology to flame atomic absorption spectrometry. A sample turns out to test solution after being treated in ash oven, and is sprayed into air-acetylene flame. Afterward, by the way of working curve, the ferrous content is available. The result is consistent with that obtained by spectrometry. This method is quick, simple and precise.
