第二金属组分对CO2甲烷化沉淀型镍基催化剂的影响
Influence of Second Metal on Ni-Based Catalysts Preparated by CO-Preciptation Method for Methanation on of Carbon Dioxide
【摘要】 用并流共沉淀法制备了一系列镍基双金属催化剂,在微型固定床流动反应装置上进行了二氧化碳和氢气生成甲烷的催化反应,考察了在不同反应条件下第二金属组分Fe、Co、Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn等对镍基催化剂活性的影响。采用程序升温还原(TPR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,第二组分的添加会改变镍催化剂的表面结构以及活性组分的分散度,有些会产生电子效应。其中,锰的添加使催化剂活性大大提高,原因是Mn(Ⅳ)Ni2O4的生成不仅有利于催化剂还原,而且有利于产生电子效应。
【Abstract】 The two-metal catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method and the behaviors of catalysts for methanation of carbon dioxide were tested during the reaction with a fixed-bed flow microreactor. The influence of other metals (Fe, Co, Cr, Mn, Cu, or Zn) on the catalytic activities effectively was introduced. The influence of a series of conditions such as reaction temperature, speed velocity and feed gas ratio has been investigated. TPR and XRD were used to determine the catalysts. The results indicate the electronic interaction between one metal and another metal plays a very important role in the catalytic activity. The activity of Ni-based catalysts were influence by the addition of second-component promoters, specially, Mn can enhanced the activity of Ni-based catalysts obviously because Mn(Ⅳ)Ni2O4 is formed and structure of catalyst is suitable for activating of CH4 molecule.
