甲烷部分氧化制合成气中助剂对Ni基催化剂性能的影响
Effects of Promoter on Catalytic Performance of Ni/Al2O3 Catalyst in Partial Oxidation of Methane to Syngas
【摘要】 在固定床微反应器流动反应系统中,测定了添加助剂铈、镧和钙对催化剂反应性能的影响并对催化剂进行了热失重和比表面的测定,研究结果表明,对于以a Al2O3为载体的镍基催化剂,添加助剂后,CO的选择性和CH4的转化率均有明显提高。而对于以γ Al2O3为载体的镍基催化剂,添加助剂后的效果不如前者那么明显。助剂铈对催化剂的性能改善最好。
【Abstract】 Partial oxidation of methane to syngas was investigated in a fixed micro-reactor system. The effect of different promoters such as Ce, La, and Ca on catalytic performance of Ni catalyst was studied and the catalyst was measured by TG and CHEMBET-3000. The results indicated that the addition of promoters to Ni/α- Al2O3 catalyst enhanced the selectivity of CO and the conversion of CH4. As to Ni/γ- Al2O3 catalyst, the effect of these promoters was not so good as that of Ni/α-Al2O3 catalyst. Ce was the best promoter of these promoters.
