【摘要】 随着我国油气资源勘探开发难度的不断加大 ,复杂地层、深井等特殊环境对油气钻探装备及工具提出了更高的要求。特别是如何进一步提高井下钻具的强度、耐磨性等是当前石油天然气工业所面临的一些关键技术问题。为此 ,文章介绍了表面改性工程中新兴的冷喷涂技术的原理及研究进展 ,冷喷涂技术可获得低氧化物含量、低内应力、高硬度、大厚度涂层 ,且其操作性强 ,成本低。并结合当前油气资源勘探开发的特点 ,讨论了冷喷涂技术在油气钻探装备和工具中的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 As the difficulty of exploration and production of petroleum resource grows continuously, the higher requirements are proposed for the facilities and tools of oil/gas drilling and production due to the special situations to deal with complicated formations and deep wells, etc. It is the key problems faced by the petroleum industry how to improve the strength and wear resistance of down-hole drilling tools. The article introduces the principle and progress of the popular cold spray techniques to modify the material surface property. Cold spray techniques can get heavy gage coat, which has little oxide, low internal stress and high hardness. The cold spray techniques have the characteristics of simple-operability and low-cost. According to the current features of exploration and production of petroleum resource, the application prospect of cold spray techniques in the facilities and tools of oil/gas drilling and production are discussed.更多还原
