天然气水合物制备过程强化方式的探讨
DISCUSSION ON ENHANCEMENT METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF NATURAL GAS HYDRATE
【摘要】 在天然气储运技术的发展进程中 ,继液化天然气、压缩天然气方式之后 ,天然气的水合物储运方式已受到国内外的普遍关注。利用水合物方式进行天然气储运需要解决制备、储存和再气化等问题。在其实用化的进程中 ,如何提高水合物制备效率 ,实现高密度的储存最为关键。在国家能源结构调整和实施“西气东输”的背景下 ,天然气水合物储存可以为能源储存和战略储备 ,以及解决用气负荷均衡性方面提供一种选择。为此在分析确立天然气水合物蓄能特点的基础上 ,对已有的天然气水合物制备强化工艺进行了分类和比较 ,指出在满足必要的热力学条件下 ,采用紊流扰动下的水合物制备工艺过程可以大大提高气—水的接触面积。在紊流扰动下的水合物制备工艺技术发展中 ,探索和研究此强化措施下的水合物制备过程热动力学、直接接触传热传质、诱导时间、晶核形成等问题对天然气水合物储运技术的发展具有重要作用
【Abstract】 In the developing progress of gas storage and transportation techniques,following LNG and CNG,the storage and transportation method of gas hydrate has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad. To apply the hydrate form for storage and transportation of natural gas,the problems such as preparation,storage and re-evaporation etc. should be solved. Among them,the most important is how to improve efficiency of hydrate preparation and make high-density storage. Under the background of domestic energy structure adjustment and “West to East Gas Transmission”,the hydrate storage of natural gas provides an option for energy storage and strategy storage, and for gas delivering load balance. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of natural gas hydrate (NGH) as an energy storage method,the existing enhancement methods for preparation of natural gas hydrate are classified and compared. It is pointed out under necessary thermodynamic conditions,turbulent jet stirring is better than the mechanical stirring in increasing the contact area between the gas and water. It is necessary to research the kinetic performance,direct contact heat and mass transfer,induce time and nucleation for the development of natural gas hydrate storage and transportation techniques.
