凝析气井石蜡沉积实验研究

【摘要】 文章针对某高温高压含蜡凝析气井在开采过程中是否存在石蜡沉积展开实验评价研究 ,利用自行开发的固溶物沉积实验激光测试系统 ,测试了脱气油在不同压力下的析蜡温度和溶蜡温度。结果表明 ,脱气油的析蜡温度和溶蜡温度随压力降低基本呈直线下降 ,析蜡温度比溶蜡温度低 10~ 2 0℃ ,升温溶蜡曲线滞后于降温析蜡曲线 ,说明蜡一旦析出 ,更难溶化。该井压力在 0 .10~ 6 0MPa ,脱气油的析蜡温度在 38~ 4 9℃ ,溶蜡温度在 5 2~ 6 3℃ ,因此在地层中不会出现石蜡沉积 ,同时 ,只要井口温度不低于 38℃ ,井筒中也不会出现石蜡沉积。一旦有蜡析出 ,采用热清蜡技术的加热或热油温度必须高于 70~ 80℃。在常压下 ,粘温曲线法和密度温度曲线法测试的析蜡点与激光法接近。实验还发现 ,脱气油石蜡结晶在一定温度范围内具有触变性 ,表观粘度呈现出无规律的变化 ,这是因为结晶石蜡所形成的网状结构较弱 ,持续剪切使结晶石蜡网状结构容易被破坏。

【Abstract】 Experimental study is conducted to see if wax deposits during the recovering process of the waxy condensate wells with high temperature and pressure. Using the experimental laser measuring system of solid solution depositing developed by themselves, the temperatures of wax condensing and solvating are measured for de-gas oil under different pressures. The results show the temperatures of wax condensing and solvating appear linear dropping as the pressure decreases for de-gas oil. The temperature of wax condensing is 10 ~ 20℃ lower than that of wax solvating. The wax solvating curve as temperature rises falls behind the wax condensing curve as temperature decreases. That means it is difficult for wax to solvate once it condenses. The pressure of the measured well is 0.10 ~ 60 MPa. The wax condensing temperature of the de-gas oil is 38 ~ 49℃. The wax solvating temperature is 52 ~ 63℃. So, wax deposit will not exist in the reservoir. And wax deposit will also not exist in the bore-hole only if the well-head temperature is not lower than 38℃. If wax condenses, the temperature of heating for wax removal must be higher than 70℃. Under the air pressure, the wax condensing point measured with the viscosity-temperature curve method and the density-temperature curve method is similar to that measured with laser method. Also, the test found that the wax crystal of de-gas oil has rheopecticity in a certain temperature range, and the apparent viscosity shows variation without law because the network structure of the wax crystal is weak and easy to damage by continuous shear.
