凝析油和可收缩原油体积量的校正方法

【摘要】 某油气田 ,在油计量分离器和气计量分离器条件下 ,可分别计量单井原油或凝析油产量。原油和凝析油将汇合通过二级、三级…分离器。在这一过程中 ,由于压力温度的变化 ,存在相态转化。到外输计量器条件下 ,油气计量器条件下计量的单井流体总量 ,往往与外输计量产量之间存在较大的差别。为此 ,文章主要做了三方面的工作 :①基于油气分离流程的流体PVT数值模拟 ,提出了分离器条件下凝析油和原油收缩系数的定义和计算方法 ,推广到二级、三级…等分离器条件下收缩率的计算 ,实现了各级分离器条件下液体体积量的相互转化。②解决了由于流量大于额定计量井的流量确定方法。③计量产量和外输油量误差校核、单井原油和凝析油产量合理分配。实际生产表明 ,这一校正方法有一定的实用性。

【Abstract】 The yield of oil or condensate from a single well of an oil-gas field may be separately metered under oil and gas-metering separator condition, and then they will mixedly pass through 2nd, 3rd,...separator. In this process, owing to the change of pressure and temperature, there exists a phase conversion. In the condition of output from separator, there is often a greater difference between the metering single-well total fluid and output metering yield under oil-gas meter condition. For this reason, the paper has done work in 3 aspects: 1) based on the fluid PVT numerical simulation in oil-gas separating flow process, the shrinkage coefficient definition and its calculation method of condensate and oil under separator condition has been put forward, to the calculation of shrinkage factor under 2nd, 3rd,... etc separator condition extended, the mutual conversion of liquid volumetric amount under various-level separator condition carried out; 2) for the flowrate greater than that of rated metering well, its determination method has been settled; 3) error of the metering yield and output oil amount checked, and the yield of oil and condensate from a single well reasonably distributed. The actual production shows that this method has a definite practicality.
