【摘要】 研究了榛子苗木生长期间几项生理生化指标的动态变化规律及其对苗木活力的反映 ,结果表明 :叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量呈现出“低—高—低”的变化趋势 ,可溶性糖则相反 ,呈“高—低—高”动态变化 ,SOD和可溶性蛋白质的动态变化基本上是双峰曲线。单因素方差分析表明 ,生长期间叶绿素a和叶绿素总量含量的变化在种和品种之间差异显著 ,其它指标并不显著 ,最后综合各指标将所研究的各品种苗木的活力排序为 :H2 >H3 >H4>欧榛砧木 >平榛。更多还原

【Abstract】 The regularity of dynamic change of several physiological and biochemical indexes during growth and these indexes reflecting on seediling vigor of hazel were investigated in the present study. The results showed as follows. In generally, the vary of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll tend to low-high-low. While the vary of soluble sugar is high-low-high, and the dynamic change charge of soluble protein and SODare two-humped curves. The analysis of one way ANOVA showed that the vary of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll during growth have remarkable difference between species and varities, but are vary of other indexes not. Finally, the order of varieties from fine to bed is H2, H3, H4, stock of Corylus avellana and C.heterphylla Fisch through synthesizing the relevant data.更多还原
