【摘要】 本文报道了溶石胶囊中威灵仙总皂苷的含量测定方法。用铁线莲皂苷Ⅰ为对照品 ,采用香草醛 -硫酸为显色剂 ,4 75nm波长处检测。浓度在 2 2 4 0～ 2 0 1 6 0 μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为Y =2 13 2X - 2 311,相关系数R =0 9993,加样回收率为 10 0 31%RSD =1 0 2 %。本方法简便 ,快速 ,灵敏 ,适用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of Weilingxian total saponins from Rongshi capsule has be established in this paper.The clematoside Ⅰwas used as standard compound and Vanillin-sulfuric acid was used as reagent of colorable reaction.The detection wavelength was chosen at 475 nm.Linear rang of concentration is between 22.40～201.6 μg/mL and its regression equation shows to be Y=213.2X-2.311,R=0.9993,Average recovery of standard compound is 100.31%,RSD=1.02%.The method is simple and sensitive for the quality control of Rongshi capsule.更多还原
