局部载荷对螺纹根部应力分布的影响
Influence of Influence of Bolt Root Stress of the Partial Load
【摘要】 应用有限元方法分析了螺栓螺纹根部轴向应力分布情况,结果表明螺母与被联接件接触面附近的螺纹根部应力最大;重点研究了由接触载荷所产生的局部弯曲应力对螺栓疲劳强度的影响;在此基础上提出了有效降低螺纹应力集中,提高螺栓疲劳寿命的4种新型螺母,其中三次曲线螺母使应力集中降低26.61%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, by using Finite Element Analysis method, we research primarily stress distribution of root of bolt, as a result of the place of the maximal stress of blot and nut’s contact plane entourage. And the same time, place importance on investigation that the partial bend stress takes influence upon bolt fatigue strength, put forward a kind of way of improving bolt fatigue strength and reducing bolt stress focus by altering structure of nut, and three cures nut can reduce stress focus of 26.61%,under the direction of stress analysis.
