【Abstract】 The main factors that influence the application and development of automatic library sys- tems are those such as system disposition,after-sale service,network equipment,networking and data en- vironments,level of management,and managing staff.This paper holds,first,that proper and scientific dis- position is important;second,that the problems be coped with seriously when working staff mesh with au- tomatic systems;and,third,that emphasis be put on the working staff for their training and development while they manage the systems.更多还原
