【摘要】 由于风险的普遍性 ,风险管理理论在项目建设实践中正得到越来越多的应用。现代物流园区的建设具有投入资金大、开发周期长、技术要求高等特点 ,涉及的影响因素很多 ,其建设风险性很大。因此 ,现代物流园区建设只有规划是不完善的。为了保证现代物流园区的健康发展 ,必须对其中存在的风险进行分析 ,以提高规划的科学性和可行性。根据物流园区建设的主要特点和一般程序 ,分析了物流园区建设中存在的各类风险因素。针对当前物流园区建设的实际情况 ,分析了物流园区建设各个阶段当中的突出风险问题 ,并给出了相应的风险管理策略和防范措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the universality of risk, risk management theory has been more and more applied in project construction. The construction of logistics park needs a great deal of investment, long development period and high request for technique, which relates to many influence factors and has a lot of risks. Therefore, simple plan is not sufficient for practical logistics park construction. To ensure the good development of modern logistics park, risk analysis is necessary to promote the scientificity and feasibility of logistics park plan. According to the main characteristics and general process of logistics park construction, the paper analyzes all kinds of risk factors. Aiming at the actual condition, the paper analyzes the outstanding risk problems in each phase of logistics park construction and puts forward some relevant management strategies and measures.更多还原
