广州地铁二号线旧盾构穿越珠江的工程难题及对策

【摘要】 两台曾应用于广州地铁一号线的泥水平衡盾构机(¢6.14m),被系统改造为复合类型的盾构机,并继续应用于广州地铁二号线的“咽喉工程”——穿越珠江的隧道施工。基于旧盾构改造后功能的局限性、珠江地段地质条件的复杂性以及承包商没有类似地质条件下的工程经验等原因,施工过程中多次遇到盾构掘进困难、喷涌、江底塌方等难题。中国盾构专家们昼夜跟踪研究并及时提出了有效的对策和措施。目前,两台旧盾构已成功穿越珠江,事实证明:盾构法是不良地质条件下穿越江、河、湖、海的最优的隧道施工方法并且旧盾构只要改造合理仍可二次应用或多次应用。

【Abstract】 Two set of second-hand slurry shield (TBM ¢6.1m) were reformed to a composite TBM and reused in the key section under the Zhujiang River of Guangzhou Metro line of 2 # . Because of the functional limitation of the reformed TBMs, complexity of geological condition in the river section and short of the contractor ’ s experience, etc., the TBM driving was very difficult, the river water spurt and collapse of the river bed occurred time by time during the TBM driving. The Chinese tunneling experts followed up those problems day and night to research and put forward efficient counter measures. Two set of TMBs have been passed through the Zhujiang River successfully already. It is shown by that fact that TBM tunneling is the best way for some bad geological situation under river, lake and see. So long as the second hand TBM is reformed reasonably, it can be reused for suitable tunneling twice or more. The above mentioned lessons and experiences is summarized briefly here for referrence to the future line of 3 # and other TBM ’ s project.
