【Abstract】 At present, the operation of management assets can be divided into two levels in which university appears as "the Contribution Man" who has the relationship of unlimited liability to the third part under various circumstance. Unlimited liability is a big risk in a operation of assets .If it occurs,it will bring about the serious consequence to "the Contribution Man"--university.
