【摘要】 目的　总结促表面活性物质合成剂盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床研究结果 ,判断其临床疗效及安全性。方法　将 10 0例分泌性中耳炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各 5 0例 ,两组同时给予常规治疗 ,其中治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索治疗 ,对比观察两组的治疗效果并作统计学处理。结果　治疗 2周后 ,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且无不良反应。结论　盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and its safety of ambroxol hydrochloride on the treatment of Secretory Otitis Media.Methods One hundred patients with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups,50 patients were adopted as the treatment group and the other 50 patients were adopted as the control. Both received routine therapy with exception that additional ambroxol were used in the treatment group.Results The results showed that after 2 weeks duration of treatment a statistically significant difference in the recovery rate was detected between these two groups.Conclusion It′s significant effective and safe to use ambroxol in treatment of secretory otitis media.更多还原
