【摘要】 目的　探讨突发性聋患者的心理因素与疾病疗效的关系。方法　对突发性聋患者于入院时作症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )测查 ,并计算出 9个因子分。对入院时发病情况相似、听阈接近的同一年龄组患者采用相同治疗方案治疗后 ,将 9个因子分与出院时听力改善程度进行逐步回归分析。结果　 9个因子分中焦虑因子分与出院时听力改善程度呈线性回归关系 ,即焦虑程度越重 ,听力改善程度越轻。结论　对突发性聋的治疗要注意改善患者心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between psychological factors in patients with sudden deafness and the curative effect. Methods Nine factor scores were calculated by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) for every inpatient suffering from sudden deafness when they were admitted to hospital.After the same treatment, the patients in the same age range with similar symptom and adjacent auditory threshold had different results.The nine factor scores and auditory improvement were treated by stepwise regression analysis.Results It showed that there was linear regressional correlation between the score of anxiety factor and auditory improvement,the higher the anxiety degree was, the less the auditory improvement was achieved.Conclusion It is important to improve the patient’s psychological statement in sudden deafness treatment.更多还原
