【摘要】 综述了弹性建筑涂料的主要性能,分析了产生这些性能的原因,并介绍了它们在建筑物中的应用。

【Abstract】 The main properties of the title coatings are outlined. The reasons behind these properties are also described. The application of the title coatings in architecture is introduced.
