【Abstract】 In order to save the problem of the locomotive depot security information collection, transmission and statistics,It was designed the solution, based on the TCP/IP protocol, to develop the transmission system between informationcollection points and the servers with the socket techniques. This system kept the functions of information transmission,statistics and analysis for railway transportation security management.
