纳米氧化锡锑透明隔热涂料的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Performance of Nano Antimony Tin Oxide (ATO) Based Transparent Heat Insulation Coatings
【摘要】 用分散良好的纳米氧化锡锑 (ATO)水分散体 ,以水性聚氨酯为成膜物 ,制备了隔热性能良好的透明涂料。光谱分析证实其在可见光区平均透过率可达 75 % ,在红外区阻隔率达到 73% ,能对热辐射起到有效的阻隔作用。
【Abstract】 A transparent coatings with good heat insulation has been developed based on well-dispersed nano antimony tin oxide aqueous dispersion and waterborne polyurethane as film former. The average transmittance of the coatings in visible light spectrum is up to 75%, and 73% in infrared region, which can provide effective insulation for heat radiation.
