【摘要】 研究了将谷朊粉溶解于水的方法和其在水性建筑涂料中的应用。谷朊粉的耐水性差 ,不能用作建筑涂料的主要基料 ,但其具有良好的粘结性、流动性和流平性 ,可用在合成树脂乳液内墙涂料中 ,作增稠剂使用 ,使涂料具有良好的流平性和涂膜外观 ,而成本与常用的增稠剂相差不大更多还原

【Abstract】 Gluten powder is a starch-like industrial by-product.This article has discussed its dissociating approaches in water and its application in architectural coatings. The gluten powder shows lower water resistance and cannot be used as the binder in architectural coatings. But it shows good adhesive power, flow and leveling properties, which and be used as a thickener in interior emulsion coatings to improve the leveling property and appearance of the coatings.
