UV固化脂族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯合成动力学研究
Study on Dynamics of Synthesis of UV-Curing Aliphatic Polyurethane Acrylate
【摘要】 采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇 80 0和丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料制备脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 ,就其制备动力学进行了研究 ,确定了合适的制备工艺条件。通过红外光谱对合成产物进行了结构表征。通过配成UV固化涂料就其应用性能作了初步探索。
【Abstract】 The title aliphatic polyurethane acrylate has been prepared based on isosporone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG800) and hydroxypropyl acrylate as raw materials. The dynamics of synthesis of this product is investigated. The proper preparation technology is finalized. Its structure is characterized by use of infrared spectrum, A preliminary discussion is given on its application in UV-curing coating.
