【摘要】 [目的]采用新的中药抑菌实验方法对五倍子水煎剂进行了100株溶血葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)体外抗菌活性检测。[方法]将五倍子水煎剂采用醇脂稀释法 ,用M_H琼脂对五倍子等进行定量抗菌实验。[结果]五倍子水煎剂对溶血葡萄球菌(staphylococcusheamolyticus)等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的抗菌活性均较好 ,其MIC50均为0 051mg/mL(1∶10240),对溶血葡萄球菌和里昂葡萄球菌(S.lugdunensis)的MIC90 均为0.203mg/mL(1∶2560),对44株人葡萄球菌(S.hominis)等的MIC90 为0.203mg/mL(1∶2560)。[结论]此项研究为临床治疗由凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌引起的感染 ,提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the antibacterial activity of decoction of Galla Chinensis against100strains of coaguˉlase-negative Staphylococci(CNS)in vitro by a new method of antibacterial test for traditional Chinese medicine. The decoction of Galla Chinensis was diluted with agar and an antibacterial experiment was carried by M-H aˉgar. The antibacterial effect of galla Chinensis against CNS(hemolytic Staphylococci etc)was marked(MIC50:0.051mg/mL,1∶10240),and the MIC90against S.heamolyticus and S.lugdunensis was0.203mg/mL(1∶2560).The MIC90against44strains S.hominis etc was0.203mg/mL(1∶2560).[Conclusion]The study provided experimental basis for the cure of infection caused by CNS.更多还原
